Seavus is proud to announce the partnership with ABBYY, a leading provider of document conversion, data capture and linguistic software. The services provided will be concerned with the developing of a Data and Document Capture Bank Solution using ABBYY FlexiCapture software for OCR/ICR recognition. The Solution enables defining documents recognition and workflow of documents within the Bank.
The workflow is based on a Bank’s internal processes and consists of scanning the documents, recognition of all the fields on the document, validation and verification of data recognized as well as the import of the data to different locations, according to verification results. The Solution enables the integration with the Core Banking system and the Bank archive. Reporting and Reclamation application is an integral part of the system. This application enables custom reports to be created for Bank needs and is also used by the Bank Contact center.
“The challenge in working with document recognition is to provide a solution that enables integration with the core banking system and the bank archive,” says Mr. Koca Bosku, EVP International Operations. “With the Data and Document Capture Bank Solution developed using ABBYY FlexiCapture software for OCR/ICR recognition the workflow of documents within the Bank will be easily followed, making it more cost-effective and easier to manage and maintain. With this step, we are not only extending our portfolio but strengthening our position as a provider of intelligent software solutions in the banking and finance industry as well,” says Bosku.
ABBYY's recognition technologies and products help people manage the increasing amount of information delivering powerful instruments which enable them to unlock information from paper and images, automatically acquire data, and process and store valuable information.
