The software solution developed by Seavus will provide electronic management of the inspectorate cases, which will help making more efficient recommendations and decisions pursuant to the inspectors obligations.

 "This solution will provide inspectors with the right information to be much more efficient and much more decisive in making recommendations to the institutions for resolving citizens cases more quickly. We expect that at this training inspectors will acquire the necessary knowledge, because it is really important to convey the experience from the instructors in this educational center. After this first training, two more training cycles for inspectors will follow, in other cities of the Republic of Macedonia," said Minister Ivanovski.

"The Management Inspectorate has thirty employees, who will go through this training. The strategy developed for public administration reforms and recommendations of the European Commission for strengthening this mechanism, ensures that the institution  will employ seven more inspectors in the future, who will additionally contribute to the improvement of the operations' quality and to meeting the citizens' demands," explained Ivanovski.

These trainings aim at minimizing the productivity loss in the software transition, i.e. to bringing the system's end users to a level where they can quickly and efficiently perform their daily duties.

 "The system is deployed on all State Administrative Inspectorate levels, in order to enable the management to prioritize, allocate resources, evaluate the results and the quality of inspectors work, by taking into consideration the inspections' quality, besides the inspections quantity,"  explains Magdalena Milosevic, Project Manager of Seavus' Management Information System.

"The system will provide the inspectors an opportunity for professional development, in addition to the support provided to their daily activities, which contrubutes to strengthening the flow of information and improving communication," explains Milosevic.

The trainings will be conducted by following a three-day plan, in groups, where each group has a dedicated instructor who leads the individual user through each system process and helps in creating a variety of tasks, confronting the user with the system in a practical way.
