The Doctoral Programme is organized by the efforts undertaken by three EU and five Western Balkan university partners that share common vision on the development of the entrepreneurship and recognition of entrepreneurial initiatives as an effective driver of their economies. The establishment of the Doctoral Programme comes as a result of DOCSMES project financed by the EACEA Tempus Programme. The main objective is to help young researchers to develop personal qualities that will empower their entrepreneurship skills: creativity, spirit of initiative, responsibility and independence.

Among all comforts provided with this program are: European style of education; entire program in English; great network of companies for doing research; extensive training in research methods; top lectures from recognized EU universities; access to state of the art technology and equipment, and to contemporary literature in the field etc.

As a partner of the Joint Regional Doctoral Programme, Seavus invites all doctoral students in the field of Entrepreneurship and SME Management to join and participate in a unique program that is a combination of best EU teaching practices and the local know-how. The programme will be established at the Faculty of Economics – Prilep (UKLO).
